Day 25: Partnership

Word:

The Lord loves to work in partnerships like Peter and John, Paul and Barnabas, and Aquila and Priscilla. Peer-to-peer discipleship relationships cultivate kingdom partnerships so that we can work together to see His Kingdom come and His will be done!

Scriptures For Today:

As you read today's Scriptures, read slowly and attentively, allowing the Holy Spirit to speak to you as you meditate on His Word.

Luke 10:1 - After this the Lord appointed seventy-two others and sent them two by two ahead of him to every town and place where he was about to go.

Acts 13:2 - While they were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, 'Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.’

Philippians 1:27 - Whatever happens, conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ. Then, whether I come and see you or only hear about you in my absence, I will know that you stand firm in the one Spirit, striving together as one for the faith of the gospel.

Ecclesiastes 4.9-12 Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up. Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone? Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.
